How we handle this area of our relationship with you.
Agreement
These terms govern services provided by AdvisorsMarket (“we”, “us”), based in New Delhi, India. By paying for or using our services you agree to them.
Services
We provide AI SEO services to bookkeeping, accounting and fractional-CFO practices as described in your written proposal or order: an AI Visibility Audit and, where agreed, a monthly program (Foundation, Growth or Authority).
Fees and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The audit is a one-time fee payable before work starts. Monthly programs are invoiced in advance. If you sign a monthly program within 14 days of receiving your audit, the audit fee is credited against your first month.
Minimum term
Monthly programs have a 90-day minimum, then continue month-to-month. Either party may end the program after the minimum term with 30 days’ written notice.
Third-party costs
Software, tools, directory fees and third-party placement costs are billed separately unless your proposal says otherwise.
No guarantees
Search and AI visibility depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, citations in AI answers, traffic, enquiries or revenue.
Your accounts and content
You own your website, profiles, accounts and the content we create for you once paid for. We hold access only to deliver the services and return it on request.
Your responsibilities
You provide timely access, approvals and accurate information, and you remain responsible for the professional advice you give your own clients.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
