AI Visibility Audit
The audit fee is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin work. Once we have delivered the audit findings, the fee is non-refundable, but it is credited against your first month if you sign a monthly program within 14 days.
Monthly programs
Fees are charged in advance for each month. Work already delivered is non-refundable. If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope, we will correct it or credit the affected portion.
Third-party costs
Money paid to software providers, directories and other third parties is governed by their policies and is not refundable by us.
No guaranteed outcomes
Refunds are not available because a ranking, citation or lead volume was not achieved, as these cannot be guaranteed.
